Arlington Rahming

Pastor Arlington (Al) Rahming is the founder and senior Pastor of Christian Discipleship Ministries International based in Nassau, Bahamas. The ministry's mission is to "create, equip and inspire disciples to become effective Kingdom Ambassadors."

Pastor Al has exhibited his passion for the kingdom of God by demonstrating faithfulness, consistency, and leadership in various aspects of ministry. Over the years, Pastor Rahming has served in many capacities in Kingdom Ministry with a track record of excellence. Pastor Rahming is a sought-after conference and motivational speaker and mentor.

Pastor Rahming holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and multiple additional certifications. However, his vision and life's commitment is to see men and women transformed in their thinking and lifestyles in conformity to the image of Christ. To that end, Pastor Rahming has founded The Transforming Word Broadcast, Iron Sharpens Iron for Pastors, Restoring The Male Voice for Men, and the CDMI Institute of Ministry.

He is married to Karen nee Coleby, and God has blessed this couple with four wonderful children, Alkeiria (Dr. Ian) Alleyne-McQuay, Shireasha (Reubin) Mader, Kayriel and Gerrio Rahming, and six grandchildren.
